1. Who we are and when this policy applies

LuKreative AI Ventures Private Limited (“LuKreative AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered address is 50 B1, Block - 5, Eros Garden, Charmwood Village, Faridabad, Haryana - 121009.

This policy applies to lukreative.ai and to LuKreative-branded products or services that link to it. A product may provide an additional privacy notice for features or data practices specific to that product. Where it does, that notice supplements this policy and controls for those specific practices.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact inquiries: your name, email address, company or organisation, inquiry type, plan or tier interest, and the message you submit.
  • Support requests: your name, email address, relevant product, request subject, issue description, and support-chat transcript.
  • Product data, where applicable: account or profile information, product settings, usage and diagnostic information, and content such as prompts, files, instructions, or outputs that you choose to provide to a product. The relevant product notice will describe its actual processing in more detail.
  • Subscription information, where applicable: billing contact details, subscription level, and payment status. Payment details may be handled directly by a payment provider under its own privacy terms.
  • Technical and analytics data: IP-derived approximate location, browser and device information, operating system, language, traffic source, pages viewed, interactions, session statistics, and cookie or similar identifiers. Optional analytics data is collected only after you consent.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your request and the relevant service explicitly asks for it.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about requested products or services;
  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and products;
  • create and administer accounts, subscriptions, and product access where applicable;
  • understand website performance and usage when analytics consent has been granted;
  • prevent misuse, protect users and systems, and enforce applicable terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, as appropriate. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

4. Cookies and analytics choices

We use local storage that is necessary to remember your privacy choice. When a valid Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics remains disabled until you select “Accept Analytics.” If accepted, Google may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish users and sessions.

Analytics may process interaction, device, browser, traffic-source, and approximate-location information to create aggregated reports. You can reject analytics without losing access to essential website features, and you can change your choice later through Cookie Settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables future analytics loading and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.

5. When we share personal data

We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary with:

  • service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, support, subscriptions, or payments, where those services are used;
  • professional advisers such as legal, accounting, insurance, or audit providers;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, and services; and
  • a successor or relevant counterparty in connection with a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Providers may process data only for the relevant service and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

6. International processing

Some service providers or product infrastructure may process personal data outside your state or country. Where required, we use contractual, organisational, or other legally recognised measures intended to protect personal data during international processing or transfer.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, providing services, maintaining security and business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the type of data, the product or relationship involved, user choices, and applicable requirements. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required, unless continued retention is permitted or required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No online service or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; receive information about processing; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request portability; nominate another person to exercise rights where the law provides; and raise a grievance or complaint with us or a competent authority.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of your request before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

For account, product, Facebook, or Meta-connected data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. Your use of our services is also governed by the applicable Terms of Service.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and products are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal data from a child without the consent or other authorisation required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
