User Data Deletion Instructions

This page provides manual instructions for users of LuKreative-branded products or apps that connect to Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service. Removing an app from Meta stops future access through that connection, but it may not delete information previously provided to LuKreative AI. Follow both steps below if you also want us to locate and delete eligible data we hold.

This page does not submit a deletion request automatically.

1. Sign in to the Facebook account you used with the LuKreative product or app.
2. Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings.
3. Open Apps and websites. Meta may change the wording or location of this menu.
4. Find the LuKreative product or app you connected and select Remove.
5. Review Facebook’s confirmation options and confirm removal.

Removing the connection may prevent connected features from working. It does not delete records controlled solely by Meta; requests concerning Meta’s own records must be directed to Meta.

Include only the information reasonably needed to locate your data:

• the email address associated with your LuKreative account or request;
• the LuKreative product or Meta app you used;
• your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if it is available to you; and
• a brief description of the account, connection, or data you want deleted.

We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, protect another person’s data, and locate records across the relevant product. After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal data associated with the request and confirm completion using the contact information you provided.

We will process requests within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or compliance. If an exception applies, we will explain it when the law requires us to do so.

• Disconnecting a Meta account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription or delete a separate LuKreative account.
• Deleting a LuKreative account or record does not delete information controlled independently by Meta or another third party.
• De-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may be retained where permitted by law.
• A product-specific deletion control or privacy notice may provide additional options and will control for that product where it is more specific.
